EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without needing to provide justification. To exercise this right, contact us at info@femcept.com with your order number.

Return Conditions
The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have come into direct contact with skin where the protective packaging has been opened or removed, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
